Trading in the crypto world seems simple, but it actually hides complexities. I used to be a newbie who frequently got liquidated until I mastered a simple yet effective trading strategy, which allowed me to navigate this market with ease.
This strategy is not complicated, yet it can help you progress steadily in the volatile cryptocurrency market:
1. Reasonably control your position: Always start with a 20% position. This way, even if you make a wrong judgment, you have room to adjust and won't face a fatal blow. Staying calm and rational is the key to long-term survival.
2. Seize the breakout opportunity: Maintain a wait-and-see approach during sideways consolidation, and wait for clear breakout signals before entering the market. This can help avoid continuous losses in a volatile market.
3. Strictly implement take profit and stop loss: Set a clear time window, and if there is no significant change within three hours, exit decisively. This can effectively control risk and lock in profits.
By following these three principles, I increased my principal of 15,000 USDT to 270,000 USDT in just 47 days. This is not luck, but a victory of discipline and strategy.
