According to Wu, Heritage Distilling (NASDAQ: CASK) announced a partnership with Story Foundation to launch an IP Token reserve program valued at approximately $361 million, becoming the first publicly traded company to use IP as a primary reserve asset. The company will acquire 52.5 million IP through a $220 million PIPE financing (including $100 million in cash and $120 million in IP), with participants including a16z crypto, Polychain, dao5, and others. The Story Foundation plans to repurchase equivalent IP within 90 days.
