On August 18, according to official news, China Merchants International Securities announced that it has officially started providing virtual asset trading services. The mobile application of China Merchants International Securities has launched the virtual asset trading function, offering qualified investors 24/7 virtual asset trading services. Qualified investors can directly participate in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT trading through their virtual asset accounts.
CMB International Securities is the first Chinese-funded brokerage in Hong Kong to obtain a license for virtual asset trading services. Subsequently, within the risk control and compliance management framework, CMB International Securities will adopt a steady and progressive approach to expand the scope of virtual asset trading and upgrade its functions.
