Ripple's Global Policy Lead Rahul Advani and Asia Pacific Policy Manager Caren Tso presented four best practices for custody at the Digital Asset Custody and Stablecoin Seminar held in Singapore: compliance design, customized models, operational resilience, and governance. They pointed out that high-standard custody is key to scaling stablecoins, tokenized assets, and cross-border settlements. The seminar emphasized that custody infrastructure must support API integration, AML tools, and programmability, while ensuring the security of tokenized commercial assets. Ripple also introduced its RLUSD stablecoin and custody platform, aimed at helping institutions manage digital assets under compliance and operational standards. Advani and Tso stated that as digital finance evolves, custody will be deeply integrated with smart contracts, tokenized assets, and automated compliance, laying the foundation for a scalable and interoperable new financial system.
