Fed meeting minutes mentioned stablecoin eight times, follow its impact on the financial system.

On August 21, 【Block Rhythm】, this edition of the Fed meeting minutes mentioned "stablecoin" a total of eight times. It noted that many participants discussed recent and future developments related to payment stablecoins and their potential impact on the financial system. These participants pointed out that with the recent passage of the "GENIUS Act" ("U.S. Stablecoin Regulatory and Innovation Act"), the use of payment stablecoins may increase.

Payment stablecoins help improve the efficiency of payment systems, and it has also been observed that such stablecoins may increase the demand for the underlying assets that support them (including U.S. Treasury bonds).
