[Chain News] PANews, August 21 – According to reports, Google has announced that its new AI voice assistant, Gemini for Home, will be launched in October this year through an early access program for Nest smart speakers and displays, available in both free and paid versions. Gemini for Home will replace the existing Google Assistant, enabling more natural voice interactions and supporting complex home control, list creation, and reminders. Gemini Live will also be launched simultaneously to enhance multi-turn conversation experiences. Google may release new Nest hardware this fall to accompany the upgrade.
