My views on Powell's Jackson Hole speech:
1. He will not give hints about the cut and will leave the possibilities open for both cuts or holds.
2. Given the last set of data, he can still hold the rates in September.
3. Based on the charts and data I'm watching, I would say there is a 42% chance of a cut in September as of today (that can change).
Conclusion: No cuts will be announced today, and so far I don't see any cuts in September either.
