The relevant matters are as follows: 1. Adjust the additional tariff rate stipulated in the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Imposing Additional Tariffs on Imported Goods Originating in the United States (Tariff Commission Announcement [2025] No. 4) from 34% to 10%, and suspend the implementation of the 24% additional tariff rate on the United States within 90 days. 2.
